Life Happens. We understand that. Things are not always predictable, and do not always go as planned. We are kind and sypathetic people, and we’ll try and work out a solution that works for you. But put yourself in our shoes: You’ve invested time, energy, and money into organizing a successful workshop or event, and you’re counting on students for their participation and awesome positive energy, so when you’re faced with an unpredictable circumstance, what do you do?
Dirt Craft Natural Building reserves the right to cancel a program at any time due to low enrollment (this has yet to happen!) or other adverse circumstances. Of course, should we be the ones that need to cancel, everyone who is already registered will receive a full refund. This actually has yet to happen, as it is of course in everyone’s best interest for a workshop to more forward as planned.
If You Need to Cancel Your Registration for Any Reason:
- IF you let us know at least 14 days (two weeks) in advance: we will refund your registration fee but will have to deduct an administrative fee of 10% OR we can apply the full amount as credit towards a future course (this credit must be used within one year) OR you can send someone in your place.
- IF you let us know less than 14 days in advance: we cannot provide a refund or credit, but we will allow you to send someone in your place. We keep our class sizes small in order to maximize student learning experience, and once we’ve arranged for materials and food, we simply can’t make short notice cancellations work.
- IF you don’t contact us in advance, or you don’t show up, there will be no refund or credit given.
The above statements apply to all registrations administrated through Dirt Craft Natural Building (online, cash, gift certificates, etc). Extenuating circumstances will be left up to our judgment. If your circumstances get the better of you please feel free to contact us — we are compassionate people and may be able to discuss options.
